Upon Shipment Receipt
In the event that you notice any damage or alteration to the package/shipping container, do not sign for the delivery but contact us immediately instead at JLH@JLoganHome.com.
If you discover interior damage, email us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the affected area(s). You will be contacted within 2 business days.

All pieces are shipped from Florida, USA, Monday through Friday (regional holidays excepted).

Any variations are a reflection of a singular nature, as well as the character and story of the component parts.
All J. Logan Home items are made from recontextualized luxury goods and textiles, with the greatest possible consideration given to effective reuse and eliminating waste. Whenever possible, manufacturers’ labels, dustcovers, wrapping and other protective materials may be incorporated into your shipment in a way that is practical, sustainable, and artful.
