Domestic Shipping

Domestic U.S. shipping rates vary by item, with rates starting at $15. Smaller accessories ship at our lowest rate, while larger, oversized and specialty pieces have higher shipping rates due to their size and handling requirements.

International Shipping

All J. Logan Home purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Size Exchanges

If a ready-to-wear piece does not fit, we are happy to offer a size exchange when an appropriate replacement is available. Because many J. Logan Home pieces are one of a kind, we cannot guarantee the availability of another size or comparable piece.

Custom, commissioned and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Pieces

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If the exterior packaging appears damaged or altered, contact us immediately at contact@jloganhome.com.

If you discover damage to your piece after opening the package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the affected area and packaging. We will respond within two business days.
